Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at High Desert Sunwear! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Returns will only be accepted for unworn or unused items. 
  • Stickers are not eligible for returns.

2. Damage Claims:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return due to damage, please email us at mike@highdesertsunwear.com with clear photographs showing the damage to the item as well as the packaging it arrived in.

4. Company Discretion:

  • All return requests are subject to approval by the company based on eligibility requirements.

5. Return Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Please securely package the painting in its original packaging and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

6. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Stickers are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items are also not eligible for returns unless there is damage or a printer error.
